Yes. The outer fabric is water-repellent and holds up to light rain, slush and snow. After a snowy day, wipe any marks off with a damp cloth and let the pair air-dry at room temperature — keep them away from radiators and direct sunlight, as heat can loosen the adhesives.

Wipe with a damp cloth and let them ventilate in the open air. Do not use bleach or similar chemicals, and do not keep them in humid places. Do not machine wash or hand wash — washing changes the shape of the down filling and is not covered by our replacement policy.

We offer one complimentary size exchange. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original shoebox with all accessories. Write to [email protected] and we will send a return label and instructions.

Yes — a 1-year limited warranty on footwear against manufacturing defects, and 6 months on accessories and apparel, starting from the delivery date. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage or improper care.
