What does Flufié Mean?

Flufié represents our persona as a community. An ambitious group of go-getters who strive to develop and showcase the best version of themselves and others. "Surround yourself with people who have dreams, desire and ambition; They will push you to reach for and realize your own."

Why is Flufié better vs competitors ?

Great craft should not be out of reach. Where others add 8 to 10x markups, we take another path. We work with renowned ateliers from Istanbul to Mississippi and offer their work directly to you at honest prices. Our family has done this for three generations.

SHIPPING

What are your delivery times?

Once your payment is verified, please allow up to 48 hours for processing on business days. Orders placed after 2:00 pm PT generally process the next business day; orders placed after 9:00 am PT on Friday typically process on Monday. After processing, delivery is ~3–7 business days for domestic shipments and ~4–14 business days for international shipments.

How much will shipping cost?

Shipping’s on us. Prefer it faster? Upgrade to express at checkout for a small extra charge.

Can you provide worldwide shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide and use a variety of carriers selected specifically for the fastest delivery speed possible.

Warranty

What is your warranty policy?

We want you and your Flufiés to go the distance. That’s why we offer a 1-year limited warranty on footwear against manufacturing defects, and a 6-month limited warranty on accessories and apparel. Coverage begins on the delivery date, and remedies may include repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

What isn’t covered under the warranty?

Our warranty doesn’t cover issues caused by use rather than manufacture such as normal or excessive wear and tear, accidental damage, improper care or cleaning, exposure to harsh chemicals, alterations or misuse. If a problem results from how the product was used or maintained, it isn’t considered a defect.
