Not quite right? At Flufié, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If it isn’t quite right, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, with all accessories, in the original shoebox/packaging. We provide a prepaid return label and deduct $10 from your refund (if it’s our error—wrong item or defect—we’ll issue a free label). Please don’t tape or write on the shoebox; missing or damaged packaging may incur a $5 restocking fee. Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we’ll refund to your original payment method within 7–15 working days. Shipping fees may apply. This policy applies only to myflufie.com purchases; for other retailers, please contact them directly.

Exchange Policy

We’re here to help you find the right fit. If the size doesn’t fit, we offer one complimentary size exchange. Exchanges for personal preferences (such as color or style) are also possible; in those cases, shipping fees may apply. After two exchanges on the same order, the third shipment is considered final sale, and further returns or exchanges aren’t available. To proceed with an exchange, items should be unused, include all accessories, and be returned in the original shoebox and packaging, please do not tape or write on the shoebox; place it inside a protective mailer or carton.
